'Octomom' Nadya Suleman's financial nightmare as she signs over her house to her lawyer

Octomom Nadya Suleman's dire financial straits continue with the news that her lawyer Jeff Czech has taken over ownership of her home.

A review of public records shows that Suleman’s house in La Habra, Orange County California was transferred from her father Ed Doud to Czech’s company Harmony Enterprises, according to RadarOnline.
The transfer took place on April 15 this year - the same day Suleman is said to have staved off foreclosure on her house, worth around £366,000 ($565,000).

The mum of 14 is rapidly running out of money, according to the website.
A once-hoped-for reality TV show has not come to fruition.
And she has written an autobiography - but no publisher has expressed an interest in buying it.
‘She has been talking with publishers, but is not nearing a deal,’ a source told RadarOnline.

‘She is holding out because she is not being offered a lucrative deal, and she feel like her personal story is worth a lot more than anyone is even interested in paying.’
After considering a ghost writer, Sulemen, 35, has apparently written the book by herself, but does not reveal the identity of the man she says was the sperm donor for all 14 of her children.

She is also keeping the title of the book secret: ‘She thinks it is clever and will make people want to buy the book,’ said the source.

Suleman, who is unmarried and who gave birth to all 14 of her children through in-vitro fertilisation, made international headlines when she gave birth to six boys and two girls via Caesarean section in January.
She soon found herself at the centre of a worldwide outcry when it emerged that she had six other children aged between two and seven who were also conceived through IVF.
