Kim Kardashiann considered having cosmetic surgery to reduce the size of her nose, but decided against it after seeing mocked-up photographs of what she could look like.

Kim Kardashian refused to have cosmetic surgery on her nose.
The socialite admits she had a consultation with a doctor to have her "worst feature" altered, but decided not to go through with the procedure after seeing mock pictures of what she would look like.

She said: "But what's funny is about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done. ... I went to a doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't-- It-- I wouldn't look the same."

The brunette beauty also spoke about posing naked for adult publication Playboy in December 2007, admitting she felt "uncomfortable", despite expecting to feel "empowered" by the photoshoot.

She added in an interview for US TV show 'Nightline': "I am curvy. I'm not like all these like stick-skinny models that I see on the cover of all of these magazines, including Playboy. And I thought that it would be empowering. And so, I did it. And at the end, I was uncomfortable. And at the end, I had a great time."

The 29-year-old star has previously claimed she was encouraged to pose for the magazine by her other Kris Jenner, who thought it would be good publicity for their TV show 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'.

Kim said: "I'm sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable.
"'Go for it,' my mother said, 'They might never ask you again. Our show isn't on the air yet. No one knows who you are. Do it and you'll have these beautiful pictures to look at when you're my age.'
