KILLING ME WON'T BRING BACK YOUR GOD DAMNED HONEY!!!!!!!!!!
Come on, let's have lots of drinks.
So Pete Steele, Ronnie James Dio last week and now Paul Gray. I guess that's the Metal death trifecta over and done with.
38 is way too young to die. R.I.P Paul Gray.
this is big news in Iowa. Home grown Iowa boys who made it. Sad. I heard he was expecting his first child soon.
They're from West DSM, right? I think I remember some article about their surburban homes out there.
Yep. They started in the Des Moines area, and most are natives of the state. I saw them by chance in 1996 in a small bar, and was floored later when I heard they hit the big time.
They seem to be a nice bunch of guys, that have stayed true to their roots. They are back in Iowa several times a year and do a ton events, interviews and appearances. It's nice to see a group make it from here and not forget where they came from, and where it all started. The whole thing is just really sad. I am wondering if he committed suicide or if it was drug usage. Maybe it was a natural cause. Whatever the reason,....it sucks!![]()
Iowa doesn't get a lot of the Cinderella stories,...so we love the ones we are fortunate enough to have seen make the journey.
Fuck! We can't keep losing people like this!
Especially when other really, really shite celebs just keep going on and on and on and...

Dunno... to be honest, I never considered Slipknot to be metal. Pity about Gray, though.
It's sad because there's a baby involved. I was never into Slipknot, not going to lie, their masks scared the shit out of me.
