Report: Child Services Called To Charlie Sheen's Home

The string of issues do not seem to be dissipating for Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen, whose marital woes very publicly began after a Christmas Day altercation while vacationing in Aspen. Mueller entered rehab in early February for substance abuse issues, and according to E! News, has been on the path to recovery, with a source confirming, "Brooke is doing very well. Ever since Aspen, she's been committed to getting herself in shape by getting healthy again and going to a rehab to continue her regimen with her sobriety."

The source also adds that Mueller's focus has been her children, "She sees her children almost every day, and she's an extraordinary mom to them. That's why she's really serious about her plans for her future. She's really determined to get her life back on track and concentrate on being a great mom."

It appears that there are more issues in the Mueller/Sheen home, with a source telling Life & Style that child services was called to the couples' home last night (February 21). The source claims, "It's bad news right now. Things are not well within that household."

The couple, who were married in May 2008, are parents to 11-month-old twin boys, Max and Bob Sheen. Mueller was to remain in rehab for 30 days, followed by a 60 days outpatient program, while Two & A Half-Men star Sheen is scheduled to be in Aspen for a March 15 hearing.

Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- A social worker from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services visited Charlie Sheen's home to check on his children Sunday, Sheen's publicist said.

"The visit from DCFS was routine and procedural," publicist Stan Rosenfield said.

The Los Angeles agency was asked by Pitkin County, Colorado, child protection officials to check on the family as part of a follow-up to Sheen's Christmas Day arrest in Aspen, Colorado, on a domestic violence charge, Rosenfield said.

Agency officials declined to confirm or comment on the visit because of privacy laws.

Aspen police charged Sheen, 44, with felony second-degree assault, felony menacing and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. He was booked under his birth name, Carlos Irwin Estevez.

Sheen, who stars in the CBS television show "Two and a Half Men," and Brooke Mueller, 32, married in 2008. Their twin sons will have their first birthday next month.

Yeah they began on Christmas... Charlie Sheen doesn't have it in him to pick a good girl. Of course wtf would a good girl want with his ass? Crackheads shouldnt give birth or be a mom.
