Default 80s icon Debbie Gibson is making a comeback

Deborah "Debbie" Gibson Headlines in Vegas, Brings Back The 80s!

The 80's are back!

Deborah "Debbie" Gibson is packing 'em in everywhere. This is the woman our own pop culture provocateur Paul Heyman called "The Britney Spears of Her Generation" (minus the multiple divorces, paparazzi bathroom sex, pantyless upskirt photos, two kids, custody controversies, and lesbian kissing moment on stage with Madonna).

Damn.

Wish we had the Madonna moments with Debbie.

Anyway, the non-pop-wreck of the 80's, now 39 years old (and fabulous, darling) appeared at Tao in Las Vegas, doing not only her list of songs from "back in the day," but also a collection of new tunes.

"Debbie looked great!" reported The Las Vegas Sun, "her abs are rockin', and she tore the house down from the stage. It's not easy being a former teen star in Vegas (just ask Wayne Newton), but Deborah/Debbie pulled it of with spectacular results!"

Ah, only in my dreams!

It's a shame she ruined her nose like that. It was perfectly fine before.

That had better be a Halloween costume, because she looks like a stripper that just shoplifted from the Kohl's Avril Lavigne collection.

Okay, I admit...I was a huge fan of Debbie Gibsnot (as what my anti-Gibson cousin would say) back in the day. Now I know her songs were pretty much all peppy and shit, but I liked that she wrote, played, sang, and produced her own music.

Dear God, that was so fucking wholesome and bouncy that I feel the need to go find some filth and rub it over myself just to counteract the gooey, cleancut feeling I am experiencing upon viewing that video. Just gruesome.

Same here, she was my first concert! Don't judge, she was extremely popular back then.
