George Clooney’s latest “girlfriend” is 30-year-old Elisabetta Canalis

It looks like George Clooney dumped whatever random waitress/bartender/extra girl(s) he was dating. He’s been in Italy for more than a month, and he’s been enjoying the local delicacies, in more ways than one. His latest “girlfriend” (or “piece”) is a 30-year-old Sardinian (living in Italy) named Elisabetta Canalis. They were seen out together a few times over the past week, but apparently they were spotted in Rome last week “with their arms romantically wrapped around each other.” Enjoy it while it lasts, Elisabetta. Let’s give Clooney some credit though - she’s not in her twenties (just barely, but Clooney is taking baby steps) and she’s very, very pretty.

And she doesn’t have that “hard” look of a working girl (cough cough Sarah Larson cough):

George Clooney has been spending time with Italian beauty Elisabetta Canalis, RadarOnline.com has learned. Elisabetta, 30, is also an actress – Deuce Bigalow 2: European Gigolo, and TV host – the Italian version of Total Request Live.
We don’t know where the pair met but Clooney, 48, lives most of the year in Italy where he resides in a fabulous villa on Lake Como. He and Elisabetta double dated with another couple at the Hotel Majestic Rome on July 22. They were spotted again in Rome, on July 26 with their arms romantically wrapped around each other.
Fortunately for this budding romance, George has no reason to spend time away from Italy any time soon. His next film, A Very Private Gentleman, will shoot in Italy starting next month.
George’s rep told RadarOnline.com he has “no idea” who George may be dating.

If your credits include Deuce Bigalow 2, wouldn’t you just want to be described as a “television personality”? And Clooney might be sticking around for a few months, so maybe this relationship will blossom into something real. Yeah… who wants to actually put money on that? I’ll wager $20 that George is done with her within a month. Will anyone take that bet?

Don’t you love the statement from George’s rep too? He has “no idea” who George is dating. It’s like saying, “I can’t keep up with this womanizer, he’s got girls in every country.” Which he does. And I can’t keep up with them either.
Update: Elisabetta is Sardinian by birth, but from my understanding, she’s been living in Italy for a long time, and is considered “Italian”.

Doubtful. I am just grateful that he is picking better beards. This lady looks a bit more believable than Sarah Larson. I'm with you though. Clooney, come out of the closet, it has to be hot and overcrowded in there.

Nope...you definitely aren't alone.

Pretty much every guy in Hollywood is gay (or at least rumored to be) especially if they aren't married or go from woman to woman to woman...

It's gotten a little out of hand if you ask me.

If you have enough money (like I'm sure George does) then come out already. Live your life honestly! Be free! What's the holdup? He's going to be like Richard Chamberlain at this rate, coming out when he's like 70 years old.
