Orlando Bloom loses '$500k of jewellery and cash' as thieves raid his LA home

Thieves have raided the LA home of Orlando Bloom, making away with belongings worth about $500,000

High-end watches, jewellery and cash are thought to have been stolen, after burglars entered the Hollywood Hills home through a window.

The English actor was not at the house at the time and a relative discovered the break-in early this morning. Orlando immediately headed home from New York to make a list of the missing items and talk to police.

'Orlando is gutted that his personal space has been invaded,' said a source.
'He should be there right now to let the police know what has been taken.'
The Los Angeles police department said they were called to the property early this morning and made it secure.
Orlando, the star of Pirates Of The Caribbean and The lord Of The Rings, has spent a 'considerable sum' upgrading security at the home since buying it two years ago.

Website TMZ, reported: 'Law enforcement tells us the thieves entered Bloom's house though a window and made off with roughly $500,000 in jewelry -- including two very expensive watches.

The 32-year-old has recently been house hunting in Malibu with his girlfriend Miranda Kerr, who has twice turned down his marriage proposals.

She lives with him at the raided home, but last night was out at an awards ceremony in Los Angeles.

The raid happened at around 2 am, if she lived with him where was she. Plus he has not proposed to her twice, they gave a statement to Entertainment Tonight that it is a rumor.

Poor guy.

remember when he crashed a car drunk driving in beverly hills and tried running away from the accident but the paparazzi convinced his scrawny pussy ass to go back to the scene and he hurt his assistant/flunky in the process. yeah.

How the hell do all of these celebrities keep getting their houses broken into?!?!

You'd think they'd have the money to purchase high-tech security alarms and other precautions and/or hire guards!
