Acting? I think I've had enough, says Emma Watson

The clothes were modest and showed off nothing that would shock young Harry Potter fans - as per instructions.
But the interview accompanying Emma Watson's latest magazine photoshoot was a little more revealing.
The 19-year-old said that she does not have a 'burning passion' for acting and that she may give up her film career once she finishes playing Harry's school chum Hermione.

'Until something comes along that I feel as strongly about as I did Hermione - like, I felt that it was life or death - I don't want to act again,' she told America's Teen Vogue.
She added that she was struggling with the pressure of promoting one film - Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which is released next month - and filming the seventh and eighth Potter films.
'I don't think I've ever been this tired in my life,' she said. 'I literally wear my pyjama bottoms to set. I roll out of bed and put on a hoodie and some Ugg boots.'

Miss Watson has also revealed that she has been consistently dating 25-year-old financier Jay Barrymore, despite regular reports of them splitting.
'The only reason it's "on/off" is because the papers make up so much rubbish,' she said.
One secret she refused to divulge is which university she will attend from this autumn. Both Cambridge University and Yale in the U.S. are believed to be in the running for her English literature and art degree.
'I just want to keep it private for as long as I can,' she said. 'I probably sound like a paranoid nut, but I'm doing this because I want to be normal. I really want anonymity.'
Earlier this month it was reported that Miss Watson was ordered to 'tone down' a photoshoot she did for U.S. magazine W because Harry Potter producers deemed it too risque.

She has grown up very nicely and it is refreshing to see a starlet without fake lips, a fake tan, and fake boobs. I have yet to notice any astounding acting ability.

She has buckets of money, she probably never needs to work again unless she wants to. Must be fantastic to be young, rich, and beautiful.

She's had enough? Rrrriiiight, because the track record for child stars later in life is sooo filled with riches and success.

As if earning millions for acting and posing in magazines is so much worse than what people like myself do each and every day to put food on the table, wearing out our joints and limbs.

Instead of talking about being tired of doing this, tired of doing that, count your blessings and appreciate what you have and how fortunate you are.

When the roles dry up your only option is the FHM/Maxim route and degrading roles to get critical attention.

Yes I remember reading these words before !!! Like a year or 2 go.

I luurrrvvee the clothes she wore in the photo shoot.

She could have a nice, long career in showbiz if she played her cards right.

And ITA with whoever said it's refreshing to see a young star who's not fake looking. I'm so glad to see she skipped the fake tan, fake boobs, hair extensions, porn video, etc., and relies only on her acting roles to stay famous.

She's probably being realistic. She's not saying she's quitting acting because she's tired, she's just saying she's knackered filming Deathly Hallows while promoting Half-Blood Prince (not unreasonable!) and that acting doesn't have the same appeal for her as it did before.

Hopefully she'll be left alone to be a normal student while at uni, and then can work out whether she wants to act or not in the future. As others have said above, she's got her future easily made as she's loaded from the Harry Potter films. She actually can do whatever she wants now
