Troubled Katie Price appears to be developing a close relationship with a male model as she attempts to get over her break-up with Peter Andre.

Katie, currently on holiday with friends in Ibiza, is making the most of her new-found freedom by spending an increasing amount of time in the company of 28-year-old Anthony Lowther.

The pair have been spotted together for the past four nights and were yesterday seen emerging from her hotel room.

This will do little to lift the mood of heartbroken Peter who yesterday broke down as he greeted his mother Thea at Cyprus airport.

He was overcome with tears as the pair embraced after she flew into the Mediterranean island from her home in Australia.
The 36-year-old's children Junior, four, Princess Tiamii, one, were also there to give her a warm welcome.
Peter's stepson Harvey, seven, who is Katie's disabled son by footballer Dwight Yorke, sat the airport trip out.

The scene couldn't have been more different in Ibiza, where his estranged wife has been enjoyed a week of non-stop partying.

On Thursday night Katie, 31, was seen arriving at the famous Pacha nightclub with a group of friends, including Lowther.

The male model yesterday spent hours in Katie's hotel room before calling staff to fetch them breakfast.

But at one point the couple had been spotted having a blazing row in the hotel.
Anthony was consoled by friends as he told them: 'I can't handle it, she's drunk.'

However, they appeared to later patch their differences up and they emerged from the hotel together yesterday afternoon.

During her eventful stay in the hedonistic island, she has also been accused of threatening to 'cut' a journalist whom she mistakenly believed wrote for the same magazine as Peter.
She has also been shooting a very raunchy swimsuit calendar that harks back to her glamour model days.

Sources say Peter is aware of his former wife's behaviour on Balearic island.

One told the Mirror: 'He knows all about Katie's activities but he's trying not to let it get him down.

'Right now, he's ecstatic to be spending quality time with his children. Katie's been in touch and spoken to her kids. Pete wants to give them a sense of security and normality amid the chaos.'

But Pete knew how abusive she was. I guess the fame and fortune meant an awful lot to him.
