Yes, I agree this should be criminal. I read the other day that a lot of the paps are teenage boys using their cameras to earn spending money. It's perverted regardless. If I were her I would press charges. On an episode of CSI, they caught a teenage boy who had cameras on his tennis shoes and would take upskirt video of women at the mall. It is a crime.

Yes, taking upskirts shots is illegal and it should be. How she dresses underneath her clothes is her business and the only people who should see it are people she wants to.
