POP princess Kylie Minogue looks fabulous at 40, but ask if her wrinkle-free, flawless complexion is natural and she'll tell you: "I should be so lucky, lucky, lucky, lucky."

For Kylie's secret is Botox and beauty spa holidays that can roll back the years for any woman -with £40,000 to spare.

In the past six months the singer has spent two, seven-night breaks at Spain's SHA Wellness Clinic.

Kylie signed up for a range of health treatments, including a macrobiotic diet to help her body recover from the cancer she battled in 2005, and 'Integral Facial Rejuvenation' to reduce her wrinkles.

A clinic source said: "She loved it here and sees looking after herself inside and out as a wise investment. She had six months of chemotherapy after her cancer was diagnosed and this clinic not only allows her to hide away so she can have beauty treatments but also makes sure her body is healthy too.

"She had lots of massages and hydrotherapy treatments, but Kylie was there for the macrobiotic food and rejuvenation therapies."

Kylie, who is dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso, 31, only ate raw fruit, vegetables and brown rice during her stays.

The Integral Facial Rejuvenation package cost around £3,000, and the brochure promises it 'helps with smoothing out expression wrinkles and returning the healthy and young appearance to the skin'.

Part of the treatment involved Platelet Growth-having her own plasma injected under the skin to 'stimulate skin cells to produce collagen, elastin and retain water molecules', while 'Phototherapy' used red light to 'fight free radicals'. Our source said: "This wasn't a cheap break. The package alone cost £3,000 and the presidential suite costs £5,400 a night. It is not cosmetic surgery but the effects are amazing."

The clinic lies in the Sierra Helada Natural Park, perched on a mountainside overlooking the Med. Our source says: "It was a beautiful relaxing break." Just days ago, Kylie finally admitted to having had Botox, and said: "I'm definitely not one of those people who says, 'You shouldn't do this'. Everyone individually can do what they want."

Gwen Davies, non surgical specialist from Transform Cosmetic Surgery, said: "To the trained eye it's clear she's invested in a range of complementary non-surgical treatments and maybe even one or two surgical procedures."

I really don't get why she's gone overboard with the Botox and the chipmunk cheeks. The natural treatments alone would've done the trick.
She looked pretty natural for her age before.

The over exaggerated botoxed eyebrow is the killer for me.

Ugh, she looks like a hybrid of Priscilla Presley and Madonna, NOT Kylie. She better cool it with the injections, or else she'll end up like Lara Flynn Boyle.

Kylie is 10 years younger than Madge.
At the rate she is going, she's going to look a lot worse than Vadge, when she's 50.
It's too bad really, cause she was the more naturally beautiful one until she discovered Botox and cheek implants.

Check out both Kylie and Madge in 2004, remembering that Madonna is 10 years older.

in 2004, Madonna was 45 and Kylie was just 35.
From that pic Madonna at 45 wasn't using Botox at all or miniminally.
Even the 2009 year old pic of Kylie looks similar to the Madonna one from 2007,
except Madonna was 48 at the time....

Kyles is turning into Joan Rivers who at least admits to the PS. She's also using the same doc as the other singing chipmunk, Sarah Brightman IMO.

Everyone knows both the Minogue sisters have had endless ps from their original unfortunate faces. IMO Dannii's is the larger transformation.

Dannii got all her PS out of the way back in her 20s and now uses botox.
She's looked pretty much the same the last 5 years.
Kylie on the other hand, looks like a totally different person almost.IMO

Maybe it's just me, but if I'd battled cancer the last thing I'd be doing is injecting toxins into my face.

You can't compare 2004 pics Kylie is cracking a huge smile and Madonna is not. I always have more lines if I am laughing.

that said - all these women look plastic and it doesn't look good.
