    Newly single Lindsay Lohan may not want to get too psyched about playing Stevie Nicks on the big screen.
    In an interview published Thursday, The New York Times asked the 60-year-old Fleetwood Mac singer -- who battled a drug and alcohol addiction -- about reports that Lohan, 22, wants to buy the rights to Nicks' life story and play her on film.


    "Over my dead body," Nicks snapped. "She needs to stop doing drugs and get a grip. Then maybe we'll talk."

    In the new issue of Us Weekly, Lohan -- who is currently serving a three-year probation term for her second DUI incident -- insists, "I got in trouble, but that's in my past and that was a long time ago."

    Once again proving my theory that those thespians desperate for critical acclaim and the oscar nod will go for the biopic that features scenes of drug abuse and other "painful" scenes that show wailing and crying and screaming, for the 'full range' of acting.

    Gah I made the mistake of watching that. Couldn't finish it. I do remember that now, apparently I did the right thing by blocking it out.

    Hmmm...Lindsay wouldn't need to even prepare for the coke scenes...she'd probably already either be coked up or bring her own REAL coke to snort DURING the scene!

    I made the mistake too! Also couldn't finish it. But I also noticed that Lindsay seems self-absorbed even back then. Prolly not surprising.
