NOT a good likeness. He didn't capture the essence of Mr. Rogers. The sculptor Robert Berks is in his late 80s now.
Berks is the one who created the JFK sculpture at the Kennedy Center. This work was from about 30-40 years ago, I believe.

Yep thats the guy. I don't understand this artists appeal AT ALL. Apparently he's a super-famous sculptor who makes loads of monuments and such. All of his work looks like that: Robert Berks, Bronze Sculptor, Biographies in Bronze
