Yeah, I've pulled enough socks off of Yankee girls and watched the static electricity sparks fly to believe it's an "any particular type of women" thing......
....I said it before and I'll say it again......I have no problem with hairy legs as long as they are women's hairy legs.....
....all men should wear long pants all the time.....
....except me.....

Hidradenitis suppurativa is a skin condition that shaving can aggravate terribly. It can cause deep skin infections/boils that are very painful, take a long time to heal, and leave ugly scars. I rarely shave because of it, but am very self-conscious about it. I can't say I'm a proud earth mother hippy chick, I hide it. I have had people give me a hard time because I don't wear shorts in the summer, and I don't feel obligated to explain it to them. Sometimes though, I really want to get dressed up, so I do the deed, and pay for it for weeks.

I shouldn't have to defend myself by saying I don't care either way what women do, but let me explain myself anyway. If she isn't going to shave her legs when she knows (potentially) millions of people are going to see it, then she probably hasn't tended to her bush in years. I was just trying to make a joke that it probably looks like the Amazon. Jesus.

I shave my pits in the summertime, because I will be embarassed if I don't, and also shave my legs for skirts or shorts. Because it bothers Me to see it, or to know it is there for others to see. Just the way I was brought up. As for "down there", my attitude is, love me, love my pets, and love me, love my bush... I love Mo'nique though, I'm biased because she totally reminds of my best girl friend from high school, looks like her, talks like her, laughs like her.
Corsair, have never heard of that condition! I am sorry that this affects you, thanks for the education.

I think she's cute, and I am happy to announce I don't shave my legs unless I really have to. So there.

^^Or that she doesn't think it's that big a deal??
It's just hair, it's barely noticeable and really who cares? It's not like it actually affects anyone else, no need to ridicule her. If you don't like it, then it's a good thing you're not forced to touch her or fuck her and can do whatever you want with your body, right?

Cameras make the hair more noticeable anyway. They bring out things you didn't know were there!

So, just because someone doesn't shave their legs it automatically equates to them having terrible hygiene? How ridiculous. Society might deemed that being smooth and hairless is attractive, but that doesn't make someone a dirty beast if they choose not to buy into this ideal.

People have their own opinions about what looks good and what doesn't. Meh.
