My first thought as well! If they even know it exists. I know I'd be thrilled to see a creepy...actually somewhat nightmarish...likelihood of my missing child hanging around. Who the hell brought it upon themselves to make such a project?

the did one for a boy who went missing here and put it at the bus stop he was last seen at to jog the memory of people who may have seen him last... at least his mannequin actually looked like a kid
