The bloom is off that's for sure - god, does she look ridden hard and put to be wet or what? It's a shame because without the cheesy extensions, faux tan, booze, drugs and otherwise hard living, she'd be a fresh faced, girl next door type.

The woman is going to be talked into some drastic plastic surgery by the time she's 30.

Can't believe she is only 23. I wonder if she can save her career and health? I think Kerry Katona (British wreck who used to be in a girl band) won't live a long life but surely someone will step in and save Lohan? It's happened to other previous big stars like Whitney Houston and Charlie Sheen. Maybe when her money runs out her family will want to help !
