I really like Heather and I started noticing a slight change in her looks when whe made "A Perfect Man" with Duff. Her cheeks were a little more full.
But that picture above looks like she has gone overboard on the fat injections and botox. That is what happens when you do too much of a good thing. Granted, she probably looks much better with makeup and the above is a very unfattering picture, but still....you can only blame that so much.
