Okay, I'm one for two. I guessed Rosie first in your first pic but missed this one.
I still say it looks like Kate Hudson at first glance but if you look at the pic more closely, I can tell it is Nicolette.

I thought Daryl...but Nicolette??? The only way to tell the difference is to cut it. If it bleeds, it's Daryl Hannah. If not, it's Nicolette Sheridan.
