I completely agree.

Daniel isn't the best looking kid but he's a decent looking guy. He's going through an awkward phase so I'll wait to see what he looks like in a good 5 years before I deem him unattractive.

Equus (with a little help from imdb to refresh my memory) is about this boy whose been blinding horses and his psychiatrist. His father wouldn't let him practice religion, so he combines his love of horses with his need for religion. ^^ Woah! That movie sounds like a bad trip or a nightmare! I'm not saying I don't believe you but, hell, I'm scared that a film like this even exists! AND starring the 'middle-aged lesbian' too - horrific!
