My Dh has rough feet like that too. He is a Track Inspector for the railroad. He also surfs alot, and needs the barnacles on his feet to grip his surfboard.

her legs look ugly and her feet....so sick. I spend most of my day on my feet, my heels do not look like sandpaper, at least I take care of them.

It's probably from wearing heels and being on her feet all the time. But she really needs to take care of that.
