I dunno, to me it looks like him. The eyebrows, mouth area, very similar to other pictures of Barry. I think anyone that had a close cropped head, wearing shades, and had several days beard growth would look different than if he/she is made up.

Maybe it is Stanley Tucci as Penny says.
