Those so-called abs are ridiculous, since he has no muscle tone anywhere else on his body!

Meet Rodrigo Alves, The New ‘Human Ken Doll’
    By Cavan Sieczkowski

After spending more than $250,000 on plastic surgery procedures, Rodrigo Alves has been dubbed the new “Human Ken Doll.”
Alves, a 31-year-old flight attendant who was born in Brazil and lives in London, reportedly went under the knife on Monday in Colombia for a six-in-one operation, including an eye augmentation and a procedure to cut his mouth to make his smile bigger.
“It’s a long process,” he said, per the Daily Mail. “It is long-term maintenance. Once you start, it is difficult to stop. Naturally, I’m a perfectionist. It’s like a snowball effect and I’m not going to stop. It doesn’t define the man that I am - I’m much more than silicone and cosmetic surgery - but once you get started it’s difficult to stop.”

Alves, who sought therapy after a previous procedure led to serious complications, recently appeared on the Channel 4 series “Bodyshockers.”
While he told a woman looking into plastic surgery that he might’ve done things differently — “[it] can become addicting, and it doesn’t always turn out the way we imagine” — he ultimately said he doesn’t have any regrets about the choices he has made to alter his physical appearance.
“I’m pretty aware that I’m far from perfection,” he said. “I’m not deluded, and I know that I’m not the most good-looking guy. I’m just aiming to be the best that I can possibly be.” Adding: “I really believe that everything that I’ve done to myself is an investment ... It is who I am.”
Alves has apparently taken to the moniker “Ken Doll” — a title previously given to Justin Jedlica — and referenced it in a recent Instagram post, writing: “I never set out to look like the #kendoll it was a nick name given by my friends and the press which doesn’t bother me at all. I just wanted to be a better person and I truly am #happy.”

Surgery addict who spent 10 years and £305,000 turning himself into a real-life Ken doll is rushed to hospital after his body REJECTED his new nose

    • Rodrigo Alves, 32, has gone had 42 cosmetic procedures since 2004
    • Had a nasal reconstruction in February but a hole grew in his new nose
    • Is being treated with IV antibiotics for necrosis- the death of human flesh
    • Infection could eat away at his face and he may lose his new nose

An air steward who has undergone 42 operations to look like 'Barbie's Ken' is being treated for a potentially life-threatening condition after his body rejected his new nose.
Rodrigo Alves, who has spent £305,000 on plastic surgery, is in hospital with necrosis - where the flesh begins to die - after undergoing a nose reconstruction.
After the operation, a hole began to appear in his nose and his new septum appeared to come loose.
Slowly, the hole grew and he began having trouble breathing and so was sent to hospital in Malaga, Spain, where he is now receiving antibiotics through an IV drip every eight hours.
Doctors say the infection may eat through his nose into his face - which could become gangrenous - and so it may have to be removed.
The 32-year-old, who is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, but now lives in London, is desperate to fly back to the UK to receive treatment.

Mr Alves, pictured before falling ill, is suffering from necrosis - where the body's tissue dies - in his nose, and is receiving antibiotics by an IV drip every eight hours. He has spent £305,000 on plastic surgery since 2004

Speaking from the hospital, he said: 'I had nose reconstruction three months ago and it appears the new cartilage has been rejected by my body.
'It is very frightening and I'm trying to get back to London as soon as possible for help.
'My breathing has been getting worse for the last three days and now my nose is completely blocked.
'A horrible hole has appeared in my nostril and the infection is eating my nose and I've been warned if it is not stopped it could eat into my face.
'It's very hot and dusty here and I wonder whether this might have set the infection off.'

The 32 year-old has undergone a transformation in recent years and is now unrecognisable from his youth

Mr Alves pictured with post-surgical swelling and a blood-stained dressings while recovering in hospital

Necrosis is a known complication of plastic surgery in which a loss of blood supply causes the new flesh to die.
This condition can quickly trigger more severe complications including blood poisoning and gangrene.
In some cases, the dead tissue must be cut away, or debrided - and so Mr Alves still does not know whether doctors will have to remove his new nose.

    WHAT IS NECROSIS?

Necrosis is the body's cells dying prematurely due to a lack of blood supply.
This tissue death can occur anywhere on the body and is usually caused by an external factor such as injury, infection, or chemicals.
If a substantial area of tissue dies completely the condition is know as gangrene.
This can quickly trigger blood poisoning and so is thought to be a medical emergency.
Treatment involves the removal of the dead tissue, keeping the area clean and antibiotics.

He said: 'I'm very upset and very worried. I'm very hot and feverish and doctors are giving me conflicting advice.
'I first got sent to an ears , eyes and nose specialist but then I got transferred to an infections specialist. It appears the skin inside my nose has died and I may need a complete reconstruction.
'I've been feeling unwell for several days but everything in Spain happens so slowly. I really want to get home and get expert treatment but I need another session on these drips.'
This is not the first time his obsession with plastic surgery has led to serious health problems.
Three years ago, Mr Alves suffered dangerous complications after undergoing a procedure to enhance his biceps, triceps and shoulders with silicone.
The chemical leaked into his system and within days his arms has swelled so much that he couldn't feed or bathe himself.
Soon he was back in hospital having litres of fluid drained from his body. He was perilously close to death.

He has undergone 42 operations to look like Barbie's Ken, including £30,000 on operations on his nose. In the past 12 months he has spent an amazing £95,000 on 20 surgeries all over the world

Before turning himself into a 'real life Ken doll' Mr Alves said he was deeply unhappy with his looks. He has been diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder and is receiving treatment for it

At one point doctors told him that one arm might have to be amputated. If the infection caused by the leaking fluid reached his heart he would have died.

In January he splashed out £15,000 on his sixth nose job, liposuction and a chin implant in Iran.
He also had a £25,000 hair transplant at the Beverly Hills Hair Restoration Clinic and cheek fat removed last August.
His long list of surgery includes £8,000 on Botox and fillers, £30,000 on three nose jobs, £3,000 on liposuction to his jaw and £10,000 on chest implants.
He has also spent £22,000 on a fake six pack, £7,000 on fillers to his arms, £7,000 on hospital bills, £7,000 on laser liposuction, £6,000 on leg liposuction and £3,000 on calf shaping.

Last August, Mr Alves had a £25,000 hair transplant at the Beverly Hills Hair Restoration Clinic so he could 'attend pool parties. He calls himself 'Peter Pan' and says he will have more cosmetic surgery as he ages

He also indulges in twice-yearly Botox and filler top-ups and takes a cocktail of daily pills consisting of collagen tablets, anti-water retention and hair growth tablets.
Last year, he began treatment for Body Dysmorphia, an anxiety disorder that effects about one per cent of the population.
It causes a person to have a distorted view of how they look and to spend a lot of time worrying about their appearance.
When beginning his treatment, he said: 'I am really hoping that that is going to help me. Help me not to keep changing myself.'

He's earned the nickname of 'The Human Ken Doll' thanks to his quest to create the perfect face.
And Rodrigo Alves has dismissed claims he's gone too far with extreme procedures, insisting during his appearance on Friday's installment of This Morning that he was free to stop at any time - even though he has no plans to.
The surgery-loving star, 33, has just undergone his 50th surgery on his face, spending the past few weeks recovering after an SMAS facelift as well as neck and eye lifts.

Surgery mad: Rodrigo Alves has dismissed claims he's gone too far with extreme procedures, insisting during his appearance on Friday's installment of This Morning that he was free to stop at any time - even though he has no plans to

Before the surgery: As a young man in Brazil, Rodrigo became unhappy with his looks and has since spent over £368,000 in achieving his 'perfect' appearance

'There's no such thing as being addicted to plastic surgery', he told concerned hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes. 'It's constant, it's like getting an MOT on a car.'

Rodrigo said: 'Most of us try and change ourselves somehow, I took it to a different level. I'm a different person, now my soul matches my body!'
'Plastic surgery made me the person I am today,' he boldly claimed. 'I want to be the best person I can with the help of plastic surgery.'
Quizzed about how he manages to fund so many expensive procedures, the star insisted he is paying out of his own pocket, using his inheritance.

Seeking perfection: 'Plastic surgery made me the person I am today,' he boldly claimed. 'I want to be the best person I can with the help of plastic surgery'

'My grandparents left me with property, I am very blessed, and I used to be a flight attendant and now I have two shows on TV, one here and one in the USA. This is how I pay for all this surgery', he explained.
This comes after Rodrigo told MailOnline he has been having a testing time as he recovers from 'the worst surgery of his life.'
He said: 'It's been really hard. If I eat solid food, the stitches could burst open and lead to infection.

    WHAT IS AN SMAS FACELIFT?

'A SMAS face lift refers to any facelift technique that tightens the SMAS layer along with the overlying skin in a more youthful position making you look younger. Specifically, the SMAS face lift does its magic by lifting and tightening the jowls, neck, and cheeks to a more youthful position.'

He said: 'I could not have a hot shower during the 11 days because the steam could result in dilated blood vessels in my face leading to hematoma.
'I can't lift anything or bend and I have had to sleep for 11 days at a 45 degree angle to create good blood flow, which made my butt hurt.'
However, despite all that he has been through, Rodrigo said he is thrilled with the results so it's all been worth it.
    He said: '
Now I look 19 years old. There is still some bruising and swelling but it feels tight, like I've had Botox all over. I am very happy with the results.

Tough: Pictured on the day of his face, neck and eye lift, Rodrigo said he questioned whether or not he had done the right thing, but said his doctor has been reassuring him

'48 hours after surgery, my face was huge and I kept asking myself if I did the right thing. But Dr Calin Dobos, who treated me, has seen me everyday.'
Despite feeling rejuvenated facially, Rodrigo says there has been another side effect he hasn't been too thrilled with.
He said: 'For the past few days I have been only having soups and ice cream. I must have gained two stone in weight.

'I can't feel my face': Rodrigo first discussed his 50th plastic surgery operation with MailOnline after having a face, neck and eyelift in one day, just eleven days ago

Rodrigo has spent over £373,000 on procedures.
The Brazilian previously shared a shocking post-operation video with MailOnline on the same day as his operation.
With his face puffy and swollen and unable to speak, Rodrigo says in the clip: 'It's 2am. I've had a cervical facelift all the way down there.

The before: Ahead of his operation, Rodrigo made another video in which he spoke about having his very first facelift, saying he wasn't nervous, he was 'just excited'

'I've had an eye lift, a neck lift. I can't move my face. I can't itch. My skin is very solid and tight and I am looking forward to seeing the results.'
Now, Rodrigo is applying to be an official world record holder as he claims he has had more surgeries than the current title-holder, Cindy Jackson.
According to Guinness World Records, American Cindy, 60, has spent £53,148 on 47 cosmetic procedures since 1980an Ken Doll runs through his very first face li

During Rodrigo's post-surgery video, he said: 'I've had an eye lift, a neck lift. I can't move my face. I can't itch. My skin is very solid and tight and I am looking forward to seeing the results'

Ahead of his operation, Rodrigo made another video in which he spoke about having his very first facelift.
He said: 'It will be a cut from my temples, all the way around the corners of my face and the doctors are going to pull the skin and all the muscles are going to be tight.
'Also, I'm going to have an eye lift with a little incision just behind my hair. I am not nervous, I am just excited.
'I can't wait to have it over and done. It is the very first time I have had a facelift. Everything else I have had done more than once. Basically, I am a virgin face-lifter.'
The three surgeries in one day come after Rodrigo went under the knife to transfer fat to his buttocks in his 47th surgery, as part of his long-running quest to achieve physical 'perfection'.
Despite previously vowing to never have surgery again, Rodrigo recently revealed he went under the knife once more for an elective bum lift, which saw him put on two stone for a lipo fat transfer.

New look: The surgeries were performed by by Dr Calin Dobos (pictured)

Prep: Lines were inked across Rodrigo's face ahead of the surgeries, showing where alterations were going to be made

In exclusive interview with MailOnline, he revealed how he went on a 3000 calorie diet, why he had yet more surgery and why he'll never stop striving for perfection, despite suffering life-threatening necrosis after his body rejected his sixth nose job.
Speaking about his 47th surgery, Rodrigo revealed his reason behind the drastic surgery was to achieve the Brazilian bum he always wanted.
He revealed: 'The gym doesn't work for me at all, I have a hormone dysfunction and my body doesn't build muscle. So if I want to modify my body, I need to go on a very extreme diet and surgically get fat moved from one part of my body to another part.

Out and about: The Brazilian dressed to impress in his finery ahead of his 50th surgery

'In this instance, I've put two stone on and eaten 3,000 calories, so I've been having cakes and over Christmas I was eating a lot.
'I gained a lot of fat quite quickly, the fat went to my back and to my legs, the doctor gave me a high-definition liposuction and that fat was transferred to my bum.'
Having now spent £373,000 in total on cosmetic surgery, Rodrigo explained he spent £8,000 for his latest lipo transfer in Marbella - where he is currently based.
He said: 'I was born in Brazil but I never had the Brazilian bum. The Brazilians are famous for a peachy, perky bum.'
In 2016, Rodrigo was rushed to hospital in Malaga after he noticed a hole in his nose.
Doctors soon discovered he had necrosis, where flesh begins to die because of a lack of blood supply as a side effect of his sixth nose job.

    i
Doctors warned him the infection could eat through his nose and become gangrenous - meaning his nose would have had to be removed.
In July, he underwent a 10-hour reconstruction operation in which cartilage from his wrist was implanted into his nose - and due to the health scare vowed never to go under the knife again.
Although he promised himself he would never have another surgery again, he candidly said he won't ever stop and will be having a full face-lift later this month as well as his ninth rhinoplasty in March to correct the damage done to his nose.
He explained: 'I'm not going to stop. It's a continuous maintenance. Next month, I'll be doing an MOT, there's maintenance that comes along with having all this surgery. If I let myself go, I start losing hair, wrinkles start to come.'
'It's impossible to stop. I had to have a nose job in order to fix a problem that happened. I've had so many surgeries, it's like a domino effect. It's like an MOT, like a car you have to have it serviced every year, it's exactly like that.'

PLASTIC FANTASTIC ‘Human Ken Doll’ Rodrigo Alves shows off his £400k beach body in a tiny thong as he performs tricky yoga moves

Brazilian surgery addict is now reinventing himself as a fitness model

RODRIGO Alves revealed why he’s been dubbed ‘the Human Ken Doll’ as he worked out on a Spanish beach wearing just a thong.
The 33-year-old was seen putting his £400k body through its paces with a sunshine stretching regime that sent temperatures soaring even higher.

Rodrigo was put through his paces by a female trainer

Rodrigo showed off his pert bum to the worldThe Brazilian born TV star has spent years giving himself the perfect body, determined to be as handsome and flawless as Barbie’s plastic boyfriend, Ken.
But it seems that he knows a nip and tuck is no comparison to getting the heart pumping with some cardio, and looked like he was thoroughly enjoying his alfresco exercise session.
Watched by a camera crew, Rodrigo gave his caramel-coloured skin a good airing as he performed a series of stretches and yoga moves.
Assisted by a teacher and encouraged by another student, Rodrigo’s fake abs glistened with sweat as he focused on the job in hand.

Rodrigo checked out his technique as he flexed one of his long lean legs

He looked deep in thought as performed a standing tree poseHe leant forward to stretch out his back, his eyes looking down at the powdery sand underneath him.
At one point he shared a laugh with his teacher, flashing his pert bum at her as he coyly looked over his shoulder.
Rodrigo had to make a lot of sacrifices to get his pert bum exactly to his liking – including gorging on food to gain two stone to be fat transferred in to his backside.
Rodrigo has undergone seven nose jobs, a butt lift, silicone chest implants, eight pack abs and hair implants since the age of 19 in a bid to rid himself of the mental scars of being bullied as a teen in his native Brazil.

Rodrigo hopes to become a fitness model now he has achieved his dream body

Rodrigo pouted as he concentrated on stretching his upper backBut despite spending £360,000 in his quest for perfection, Rodrigo thinks the fact he has put himself through so much pain should be commended not criticised.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online previously, he said: “It’s been a long journey for me.

He took instructions from his trainer as he held his hips“I’ve put myself through so much plastic surgery and so much pain and I wish people would give me more credit for my courage, my bravery.
    “I don’t get upset now, I’m a tough cookie.”
That wasn’t the case in his younger years though, when Rodrigo was physically beaten and bullied for his appearance.

Rodrigo paid a lot of money for his rippling six pack… and the rest of his body

Rodrigo became a fan of surgery after he was the victim of cruel bullying as a childPart of the problem was a hormone dysfunction which caused the star to have boobs, and at the age of 17, he had his first surgery to get them removed.
But the imbalance also meant he couldn’t bulk up his body in the way he wanted, with doctors advising the only way he could achieve a muscular physique would be through plastic surgery.

He gave a cheeky flash of his perfect bum as he mucked about

Rodrigo has spent almost £400,000 on achieving his dream body

Fans will see him star in his own reality show later this yearRodrigo has appeared on Celebrity Botched Up Bodies, and had reportedly had his beard lasered off.
But that isn’t his kookiest procedure – he told The Sun Online he will soon be changing his EYE COLOUR with implants.
He said: “My next surgery is a nose job and eye colour change. An American company are making the implants icy gray for me.
“But to be honest I’m trying to move on from plastic surgery and became a fitness model.

Rodrigo was recently seen passionately kissing Danniella Westbrook in Marbella

The likeable Brazilian is travelling the world meeting new friends in his forthcoming show“I’m replacing surgeries by having procedures that involve radio frequency, LED lights and shock therapy to maintain my ageless look.”
One person who likes the look of him right now is Danniella Westbrook, 43, who was seen enjoying a passionate snog with him in Marbella earlier this year.

Daniella Westbrook and Rodrigo Alves shared a passionate kiss after the human Ken Doll rushed to Marbella to comfort her following the mugging

Rodrigo wanted to cheer Danniella up with his kissesSuch shenanigans are all in a day’s work for the international playboy, who is currently filming for his new TV series.
He added: “My new reality show starts in November.
“We’ve filmed in London, Marbella, Brazil, Los Angeles, Greece and Turkey already, and next week I am going to New York then filming in Sweden and Russia.”

The next time I need a nightmare, I will be coming to this thread.

Of the many questions I have, why are his legs so weird? He looks like he has Beyonce's legs. The second question is how that woman expects us to believe she's 43. Maybe 63. Maybe. (ETA - I read the article. The legs thing is explained.)

ETA - I don't want to think about him having a penis. Those bikini bottoms he's working out in should be banned. He's definitely a burkini kind of fella.

I think his face looked fine before, too. I just don't get what he sees in the mirror.

He needs to filter some plastic surgery money over to a good psychiatrist. He looked fine before these surgeries.

My husband looked over as I was scanning the article and photos. He was, obviously, horrified.

So, he had a hormone disorder and can't build muscle, is that what he claims? This guy needs some serious mental health coaching. That pic of his kissing the woman is the stuff of nightmares.

He has such feminine legs, it's bizarre. And he wants to be a fitness model? Really? Oy.

I don't know anything about this itv show, but do these presenters do anything besides interview freaks? These are the same people who interviewed the crispy German woman.

WOWWWWWW. That is a video that you can't unsee. He's got so much filler injected in him, he looks like something from one of those fortune-teller machines.....
