I'd be having routine facials, peels and laser treatments, the works for my skin if I were her.

I do think in some ways she looks a lot better, aside from the self tanner, her skin tone is more even and it seems the sores may be gone.

No, thats what happens when you get a spray tan thats too dark and it peels and you do nothing to exfoliate your skin. Ugh look at that gum rolling around in her open trap, disgusting.
