Glad to hear this explanation. I too thought it might just be...caked on dirt. Or some horrible skin reaction to the 97 million different meds she probably ingests each day. Etc.
And even if I didn't already think her obviously quite whacked, there's something about her outfit that would convince me of it. Hard to pin down exactly what it is, but, to me, that ain't just horrible taste.
(Note the thinning hairline?! oh, jeez....)
