THIS IS NO BRIDGE! Her nose has collapsed a bit. That pinch thing is collapsing in on itself because there is not enough cartlige support.
Didn't one of her implants rupture while she was in prison? I wonder what other problems were left unattended while she was in.

Okay.... beyond the run of the mill 'implants,' there are chin implants, cheek implants, pectoral implants, butt implants... someone out there needs to patent a "nose implant" because with the growth of plastic surgery, this f'ed up shite is going to become more and more common. Especially if ppl ask for the "wacko jacko special" like she obviously did.
