She aged kinda quickly or something and didn't age very nicely either.

There's something wrong with her face, like Botox gone wrong. She looks likes she's grimacing or something. As for the double chins, I'm probably around Teri's size, (but 20 years younger!) and my chin does that when I smile sometimes (not to that extent though). In real life, I do NOT have a double chin. It's just when I make certain faces or hold my head in a certain way and I think that's probably what's going on with her as well.
