Looks like they made their clothing out of a roll of Bounty paper towels.

Other than that, I don't see the big deal here. It's a nice young man having his picture taken with some old white hag. They met at the plastic surgeon's waiting room where they discovered that they share the same geometric angle for their eyebrow lifts.
