Seriously, I don't know whether it's a drug issue, or a fug issue, or both. She's unfortunately not very pretty, but IMO there is something she can do to look prettier than she does. First of all, put on 10-15 pounds, second of all get a good stylist and listen to her. It's obvious she dresses herself, with very poor taste. It's been going on for years now though, so she'll probably never see the light.
