Why does she insist on wearing everything that's over-sized? Even her jewellery. Is she trying to emphasize how small she is by that or everything just looks bigger on her?

It looks bad. Maybe if it was styled? Not so long and straggly. If you're going to go platinum blonde like that you've got to be high maintainence! I'm looking forward to seeing the roots/sudden haircut.

Seriously, I don't know whether it's a drug issue, or a fug issue, or both. She's unfortunately not very pretty, but IMO there is something she can do to look prettier than she does. First of all, put on 10-15 pounds, second of all get a good stylist and listen to her. It's obvious she dresses herself, with very poor taste. It's been going on for years now though, so she'll probably never see the light.
