Actually, I was hoping that someone, somewhere,
had found a drawing by Britney Spears that featured
horrific pictures of family members being dismembered or something.
(drawing removed on second thought because it wasn't that funny...)
I thought we'd unearthed evidence
that she was a nutbar. My bad!

Speaking from an artistic point of view the boobs are not lopsided. She has one arm raised higher than the other one and that affects how the boobs ride up. Try it yourself by assuming the same pose in front of a mirror and watch what happens to your boobs. The artist got it right, whoever did the drawing is very skilled artistically and trained in classical art techniques.
Oh Gawd! I defended a Britney Spears drawing, someone take me out and shoot me.

They're all over the internet, though www.snarkywood.com has some excellent fan art in certain sections. The Celine Dion fan art is especially funny!
