And, why are her cheeks so puffy? Asking Michael Jackson to recommend a plastic surgeon is never a good idea. I am convinced she has a hair thinning problem and is trying to hide it by lightening her hair. *Nicole if you read this it's a BAD IDEA PLEASE STOP!*
She would look so much better if she would just go back to her natural color, (use some add in hair if need be!) and stop messing with her face. she is destroying her natural beauty.

I so agree and it makes her so unique - the percentage of people who have natural red hair is very small. Other than Alison Hannigan - I can't think of another actress who is a natural redhead. I do pay attention to these things cuz it's my own colour too.
Not to mention, that it's got to be ruining her hair to keep it blond - red is the hardest color to strip out when one wants to be blond.

It's just not the same face. This is from 1999. She doesn't look older. I wish I knew exactly what she did to her face... collagen and botox? Also, considering her body is still very slender, I'm suspecting alcohol as that makes one puffy.
