Rockin' a J.Lo hat and shades, "American Idol" judge Steven Tyler celebrated his 64th birthday by flashing some blue nail polish painted mangled toes in Hawaii on Monday.

Oh my wth?!?! I never seen anything like tha! Geez that has got to hurt! My toes hurt looks at that!!! HOW???? WHY????? Are they broken!?! I am going to have nightmares now! Is that maybe from years of stubbing his toes?! i am so disturbed my this!! GOOD LORD!!!!

How did his feet end up like that? From his crazy dancing at his concerts? They look like dancer's or ice skater's feet.

My mom had that exact problem. I'm drawing a blank on the reason. It's not a painful condition from what I remember.

He explained this on Oprahs Own show that aired at his home. Very painful condition he suffers from after years of wearing various shoes, boots and dancing/stomping on stage. He said his toes are mangled and cause him much pain

If you watch him on Idol, when he is shown walking, he does have an odd walk. It's slight, but once you notice it, it's all you see.

I'm all for comfort but if you have feet like that you really shouldn't wear sandals OR paint your toenails blue to bring even more attention to your mangled toes...

It's a Hallux Valgus I think. Many dancers have it; and some have it inherited. My grandmother's toes look even worse.
There are several different kinds of surgery but from what I remember there is still a big chance the toes go back into this shape again.

I thought it was from that fall on stage he had that broke his toe? The fall was all over on the news. I know some immediately thought maybe he was off the wagon again.
I could have sworn that's how he explained it on the Oprah special.
Color me wrong if I'm wrong.
Regardless, that does look not only painful but a pain in the ass to deal with and yet, he's such a happy go lucky fella with a dilligaf attitude.
