Sorry I didn't know where to put this as I can't be sure she has had surgery or just grown up ugly.  Just kidding as she is okay but there is something else odd and not just the new teeth.

you can't tell it's photoshopped? it's photoshopped as a joke
they widened her nose in the before, and sharpened it in the after.
she looks bad, but she doesn't look like a photoshopped freak

Even though they are Photoshopped (I didn't notice till SVZ mentioned it but I can see the smudge on her left cheek now) I still think they are a realistic portrayal of whats happened to her.
I find it really sad when you compare what she looked like to now.

She almost looks like Mellissa whats her name  in the after pic...The daughter of Joan whats-her-name...the one that hosts some award shows or whatever and does like fashion critique... oh ok yea Mellisa Rivers??

I think they're photoshopped too because her nose is too big and she looks a bit like Kelly Clarkson in the first pic. It's sad, I used to think she was cute. She looked fine before, but now she's just another skinny coke whore.

If that's photoshopped, did they also sphotoshop in that redness in the nostril in the after version?
