Holy crap that last one looks nothing like her. It's almost like that other pic I could've sworn was an imposter/fake Katie from Central Casting. Her face really changes a lot depending on makeup and styling.

Never once have I seen her look good in something. You simply cannot look this horrid all the time without making an effort. Even someone with the worst taste eventually wears something nice. So I must conclude she is sending out some sort of coded message.
