No I am not certain, but it certainly looks that way. I am not making it up, for crying out loud- I thought everyone knew at least that she has had a nose job  Aand also, a lot of people speculate that her breasts are fake, I am certainly not the first one. As for her nose, OH YEAH I am certain. There are pictures out there.

Look at her much MUCH smaller chest in the first pic, and her obviously more bulbous nose in the second. I don't even think that the nose in the second is her original nose.

salma totally had a nose job. if you'd seen her when she first got famous in mexico, she looked like another person. she had a first nosejob before she even went to hollywood, and i think she had it refined a bit more since.
as for the boobs, not sure if they're fake or if they just got bigger with age, which is possible seeing as she has gained weight all over. not that she's fat or anything but she was thinner a few years ago.
either way, real or fake, they overpower her frame and she should play them down, they're a little too in your face and a bit vulgar.

Exactly, I am not expressing myself as being 100% certain on her breasts, but they are certainly way too exposed and played up. They overpower the rest of her. But the nose is definite.
