Mischa Anne Marsden Barton was born on 24 January, 1986 in London, UK. She is 5' 9" (1.75 m) tall. Her mom is a photographer and her dad is a stockbroker. She has an older sister named Zoe and and younger sister named Hania. She also has a cat named Angelo and a dog named Ziggy.
Mischa started acting at the age on 9 when she was co-starring at the Off Broadway premiere of Slavs! She made her film debut in Lawn Dogs, which won awards at film festivals around the world. Her first small screen appearance was 1996, as young Lily Montgomery in All My Children. Since then she also starred on several TV shows such as Once and Again, Fastlane and The O.C.
Along with acting, Mischa also has been model since she was a child. As a kid, she sighed up in Ford Modeling agency with Ashley Tisdale and Lindsay Lohan. Now she models for IMG Models.
In 2003, she was chonen by Entertainment Weekly as "It Girl" - A 'It List' for top Creative People in Entertainment. Also named #33 on the Maxim magazine Hot 100 of 2005 list. Ranked as #52 in FHM's "100 Sexiest Women in the World 2005" and also in 2006 at as #32 in FHM magazine's "100 Sexiest Women in the World 2006".
