She annoys me and I think she's pretty average looking. Both her and her sister are rodenty looking, but Rooney is more striking.

How weird. In the eighth pic from the top she looks like Demi Moore, in the tenth a lot like Jennifer Connely and in the very last one she totally looks like PJ Harvey.

She looks better with dark hair, it makes her a bit more interesting, because she's quite average looking, she's pretty but none of her features are really stricking.
That being said, she looks good on most pictures, and the Girl with the dragon tattoo look suits her well

Sometimes I think she is really beautiful and other times only a little beautiful.

She reminds me a lot of Troian Bellasario (but I think Troian is prettier tbh)

I think she looks fantastic, and definitely prefer the dark hair.

I always find those kinds of looks intriguing...One minute she's ordinary looking, the next she's stunning. It's as though you have to keep looking because you're not sure.

Those changeable looks must be a valuable quality as an actress, though I've never seen her in anything and have no idea if she's any good.

I agree, she is really chameleon-like. I've seen her in Dragon Tattoo and The Social Network. I thought she was very believable in both, and the characters are night and day.
