Her face is the best part, but not even that is hers. She didn't look this impressive before the nosejob.
Also, fake tits. And I thnk they are WAY too big for her frame, because they overpower her. Way too much focus on the breasts, when she has a beautiful face and she doesn't need to play desperate for attention.
