I've uploaded some more, hilarious, scenes from "The Electric Horseman"
in which old Bob starred for the third time with Jane Fonda. Another
movie directed by his pal Sydney Pollack (whom some of you may know
better as the father of Will in "Will & Grace").

The Candidate (1972). The bald guy with the beard and
glasses is the late great Peter Boyle, Frank Barone in
"Everybody Loves Raymond".

I can't believe Pitt is compared to this man. He doesn't even come close to Redford--not to his intelligence, his talent, and his sexiness. Not even close.

Most people who compare Shitt to Redford are misled by the fact
that in earlier years, he imitated Redford's style: the haircut & color,
the body language; the fug even tried to emulate some facial
expressions and ticks of Redford's. They mistook that somebody
"reminding" them of somebody else, doesn't mean he "looks exactly
like" that somebody else.
Shitt is a REAL poor man's version of a Redford look-a-like, but just
about everything about him is different than Redford: nose, mouth,
eyes.....everything.

My favorite was Redford in Great Gatsby.
Sigh.
