I think he's hot. He seems like the kind of guy that you'd want as the best friend turned boyfriend.
I just started watching The Office, and I don't like Jim's relationship with Pam. I guess I just don't understand what Jim sees in her. It might also have to do with the fact that I think Jenna Fischer is a smug bitch who is nowhere near as great as she thinks she is.
