What turns me off about him is the way his shoulders are deformed.
(collapsed? ..or just narrow?)

Something is weird about them...
It's especially noticeable when he's in motion.

I don't notice any deformity? maybe he was in a weird agle in that pic? anyway the man is sexy as hell to me. I think it's the eyes, and the fact that he looks slightly evil.
