Um yes it is. The body doesn't even match David's real body. That body in that picture is way too muscular and David's arms aren't that big either. He has never posed nude.

David has posed nude and those pics are real. Ive seen lots and other ones of him with his pants down.. one of his bum and one of him sitting there nude but with nothing showing.

He's actually pretty frail in real life. After meeting him, I could understand Posh's anorexia. I felt like a cow and I'm not exactly fat.
