It's not a twelve-pack, it's prob the oblique muscles. Brett looks like he has zero fat on his midsection so it's possible for his torso and abs to look like that.

And yes it looks incredible, my six-pack looks like a beer gut compared to his. *sigh*

^^Lorenzo never looked that good! Plus he was a spoiled Hollywood brat and an asshole! His daddy Fernando was also better than Lorenzo IMO. I guess the Lamas dynasty ended with Lorenzo.

*I do not have the genetics myself to ever in my life have anything approaching a 'six pack' no matter what I did. I have a barrel chest, naturally deposit fat in my midsection. Hell when I was starving to death I still managed to have a thin layer of fat pad over the midsection. Inherited traits are a bitch!

I guess you have to both have the genetics and a fairly low body fat %. Some people have six packs and never even work out!

Lol I'm lucky to have some good genetics to where I can have a slight six-pack when I'm not working out. But still Brett puts me to shame. I'll admit he's pretty hot.

Holy shitballs...you know how to pick 'em Soj. That guy is extra hot!

But.... It makes me NOT want to watch that show. Cause actually getting to know him might kill that if he's a total prick dumbass. I'd rather enjoy his prettiness without all that complicated shit that makes me want to see him kicked in the balls...

He is off the show now..*sob* but actually he was the 'sweetheart' among the guys and got a very good edit. They all pretty much liked him. He is actually roommates with one of the castmates now in LA. Go ahead and watch the reruns..some of it is hilarious!
