No way. Eric just hasn't had any real dialogue yet, he's only been standing around looking mysterious and deadly. Give him a chance, he's much more animated in later books.

I don't care for blonds but I recognize that he is attractive. Strangely, he reminds me of Lance Kerwin (James at 15).

I've read the books, but I can't imagine alexander as eric and I don't think he can act very well.

heīs excellent as Marine Brad Colbert in Generation Kill and in a couple of Swedish movies Iīve seen. Hollywood hasnīt give him the chance to show himself yet as the excellent actor he is. most of the ones he has made in the States donīt count for me...there was one I didnīt know wheter to cry or laugh my butt off..soooooo horrible.
the problem with alex as eric is the dead cat they insist on using as a wig, but we just have to wait for more lines in this second season.

yeah, that hair is terribly. it's even more girlie than keith urban's.
i just finished watching the rest of the first season and i've changed my mind. i don't find him attractive at all.

lol lol..yep, they should have used brad pittīs wig in legends of the fall, now that is viking hair...long, soft and blond
i donīt like him when heīs with that horrible black sleeveless tshirt, canīt remember the name of that in english right now, and they forget to put the horrible white makeup in his arms...*rolls eyes*
heīs not the eric i have in mind, but is very close to that image
