He's not mixed???? What race is he? If he's not mixed I suspect PS. I don't think he's bad looking, just a bit unnatural looking.

He's a Japanese singer (Asian race, yes). I don't think he's had any PS, he's always looked this way. Some Japanese ppl look very different from the norm depending on where they are from. e.g. Some from the north like Hokkaido may have prolly mixed with some Russian, indigenous Japanese (the Ainu ppl) way back in the past. Some from the south like the island of Okinawa look quite tropical (a bit like Hawaiians).
