I used to think he was hot espectially in that movie with Michael Douglas and CZJ. But not so much now. Probably not at all.

He is looking rough.. But he definitely has sex appeal. I liked him in Traffic and that movie with Alicia Silverstone.

I wouldn't say he's ugly per se, just doesn't fit the Hollywood standards for beauty.
Actually, he looks like he's stoned all the time. So really, it's stoner hot, not ugly hot. I stand corrected!
