That's not a man pout, that's just aging, his philtrum has gotten so long it's compressing his lips down...

He has a weird shaped head too, like an inverted triangle..don't wanna see him bald!

Plus his body is really asymmetrical

no, he's not classically handsome, he doesn't have 'pretty' features, in fact he looks kind of rough. but the man is unbelievably hott.
