God, he was even hot in Platoon with those facial scars. I'd have still done him, no problem.
i first fell in love with yummy Tom and his luscious lips in 'Looking for Mr. Goodbar' then again in these subsequent films: 'In Praise of Older Women' 'The Dogs of War' 'The Big Chill' 'Shoot To Kill' 'Someone to Watch Over Me' 'Platoon' 'Shattered' and 'Sniper'
I was stoked to discover that Tom is in Chris Nolan's new thriller 'Inception' with an all-star cast. Here is his biography from various sources:
Tom Berenger born May 31, 1949 in Chicago as Thomas Michael Moore. Graduated Rich East High School in Park Forest Illinois in 1967, where he played football. He participated in plays with the Spanish National Honor Society. After HS, he attended the University of Missouri as a journalism major with hopes of becoming a sports writer. He was cast in a stage production of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? and his career path was changed forever. Berenger did stints in local regional theatre repertory before coming to NYC in the mid 70’s. Studied acting in NY while appearing in an adaptation of Tennessee William's The Rose Tattoo at the Long Wharf Theater in New Haven, Ct. He toured with Milwaukee Repertory Co thru Japan in A Streetcar Named Desire. He made an interesting film debut as the psychotic pretty boy in Looking For Mr. Goodbar. Soap fans will remember Tom as the second Timmy Siegal on One Life To Live. He has been married 3 times, has six children and owns homes in Canada and South Carolina.

Oh Miss Tonja. You are talking to an original fan. I need a new "In Praise of Older Women" because my VHS tape is crap.
What you didn't list was Flesh and Blood, the tv movie in 1979. A two parter. He played a boxer. He and his mommy have an incestuous relationship. Suzanne Pleshette played his gorgeous mother.
Woo hoo!

His young pictures look like a cross between James Franco and Dierks Bentley to me (both are attractive IMO).
^^I knew you would have seen that. Remember Butch and Sundance, The Early Days? 1979.
William Katt was Sundance and Tom was Butch (hence the PN thang).
