It was sad(I watched it too). By all accounts he was a terribly sweet kid, in interviews it seemed that way too. That's exactly what he was, a kid.
When I was in grade school it was all about Andy Gibb, Leif Garrett, and Shawn Cassidy. I was an Andy Gibb girl.
There isn't too much of a variety of pix of him on the internet. It's always

Andy was perfection incarnate. When i heard Victoria Principal was sleeping with him I wanted to scratch her eyes out. Andy was such a delicate soul. Sooooo sad someone couldn't save him from himself.

Me and my bff in high school absolutely loved Andy. I remember buying gum that looked like the baseball card type of gum, but it had Andy Gibb posters folded up in it!

His face got a little rough into his late twenties-coke does that to you, and probably had some sun damage from living in Australia. I don't think he would have aged well.
