Aussie Hottie Christopher Egan born June 29, 1984, in Sydney, New South Wales, attended high school at Sydney's McDonald College School of Performing Arts. He honed his skills at the Sydney Festival Dance School, where he trained in singing, dancing and acting with Kick Performance Group. After appearances in "Les Miserables" & "West Side Story" at Sydney's Zenith Theatre, he was cast on the Australian series "Home and Away". In 2003, Egan moved to Los Angeles. His US television debut was in the miniseries "Empire", followed by roles in the "Alpha Male" and "The Decameron" (aka "Virgin Territory"). He also appeared in "Resident Evil: Extinction" and "Eragon." In 2008 Chris starred in the Australian feature "Crush." In 2009, Chris played David Shepherd on the tv series 'Kings.'
May 14, 2010 "Letters to Juliet" - directed by Gary Winick, will be released theatrically in North America.

Chris has a very lovely smile.....he reminds me of Heath Ledger. I enjoyed his most recent work in 'Letters to Juliet' - which is a great date movie. Can't wait to see him up on the big screen again!

I remember him from Home And Away. He's quite cute.

^ me too. he played nick. it's kind of funny because i also remember seeing heath years ago playing sally's boyfriend/date and thinking 'oooh he's good looking'. i actively followed him when he stopped appearing on h&a (i think he only lasted a couple of episodes) and moved on to a show called 'roar'. i loved that show... ahem.
now that i think of it, there are a lot of h&a actors finding their way to hollywood in the last couple of years. ryan kwanten is another one.
chris always seemed like a really friendly guy. laidback, australian style. i like him. he's got a great smile, too.
