He's attractive but I find his face really strange, he looks totally different in some pics to others, some he looks OK, some looks hott and others he looks kinda ugly!

One of my best guy friends says that Scott's the ugliest of my celeb hotties. 
Then again, his muse is Lindsay Lohan, so I can't really rely on his taste in people.
